Working on a one-to-one basis with residents, you will create person-centred Move On Action Plans, set SMART goals, and provide vital support around housing options, affordability, and property searches.

You will help to develop residents’ independent living skills, offer advice on finances and employment, and deliver group workshops that prepare them for the next stage of their journey.

Alongside this, you will build strong links with local authorities, estate agents, housing associations, and referral partners to expand opportunities and address residents’ needs.
